Keep originals and your own copies. Upload private documents only when requested through your signed-in student portal. Do not paste identity documents into a public question or review.
Add preparation tasks to My PathwayKnow who is helping you, what you would pay and how a recommendation is funded before agreeing to a service.
A service price list and institution-specific commission or referral disclosures have not been published here. Do not read a missing price as a free service, or a course listing as a partnership.
Sending an enquiry does not purchase a service or confirm a paid appointment. Agree the scope and any charges separately in writing.
Ask which tasks the team will perform, the total charge and currency, any taxes, payment stages, cancellation or refund conditions and what is excluded. Keep a copy before paying.
Ask the institution to confirm tuition, deposits, compulsory charges and refund conditions for your exact course, intake and student category. A payment recorded by a consultancy is not independent bank confirmation.
Ask whether the institution has an active written agreement with Crosvia Pathways, its scope and date. A public research listing, logo or student profile does not prove an agreement.
Ask whether this recommendation could generate a commission, referral payment or other benefit; who pays it, whether it changes your cost and whether alternatives outside that arrangement were considered. Obtain the answer in writing.
Compare options using official information. Confirm who may submit an application or share your details. Admission, funding and visa decisions remain with the relevant institutions and authorities.
Publish only an approved service schedule and verified, institution-specific relationship disclosures. Confirm payee details and refund terms before taking payment. Do not describe a university as a partner without evidence or pay students for a positive review.
